The museum's exhibits focus on the history of westward expansion with a concentration on Wyoming pioneers.

The museum also houses a Western art collection.

HOURS:
Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm Sat, 1 pm - 5 pm in summer

ADMISSION: Free; donations accepted.

RESEARCH MATERIALS:
The museum has a library with various research materials including photos, documents, books, and family histories. Charge is only for photocopies.
