HOURS: Mid-June to Labor Day, Fri - Mon, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Special tours and meetings may be scheduled in the off-season. ADMISSION: Free; donations accepted PERMANENT EXHIBITS: The museum is partially housed in a 1907 Hahn's Peak and Pacific Railroad depot. Its exhibits depict the general history of the Centennial Valley. Topics include mining, lumbering, ranching, and railroading. A 1944 Union Pacific caboose and many large pieces of ranching, farming, and mining equipment are on site. PUBLICATIONS: Centennial Valley Historical Association newsletter is sent to members each June. Membership applications are available from the address above. RESEARCH MATERIALS: Research materials include Centennial Post weekly newspaper from 1902-1913; publications about Centennial and Walden and Steamboat, Colorado; early photographs of the area; and share certificates of mines and other enterprises. All materials must be used on site, with the supervision of a board member of the Centennial Valley Historical Association. No fees for use at this time.
