About the Wyoming State Historical Society
Membership Coordinator
The membership coordinator shall handle the office functions of the Society and serve in other capacities as directed by the president.

Contracts, leases and other legal documents of the Society are maintained in files under the supervision of the membership coordinator.

Annual ballots for available trustee positions shall be printed in the "Wyoming History News" and returned to the membership coordinator. These shall be accumulated and given to the Chaiman of the Nominations Committee for count and report at the Annual Meeting.

Awards certificates shall be prepared by the membership coordinator and brought to the Annual Meeting for presentation by the Awards Chairman. Certificates for local awards will be made available to local chapters.

State Society and county chapter dues notices are computer generated and sent out by the membership coordinator. County chapter notices are sent to the chapters for their distribution and the at large member notices are mailed by the membership coordinator.

Chapter officers and state committee member's names shall be maintained in a roster and current list shall be given to the Society president, officers and committee members as changes occur.

Executive Committee minutes shall be received from the secretary of the Society, duplicated, and issued to the Society officers, committee members and chapter presidents by the membership coordinator.

Annual Meeting minutes shall be received from the secretary of the Society, duplicated, and issued to the Society officers, committee members and chapter presidents by the membership coordinator.

The Society legal seal is in the custody of the membership coordinator.
