The chairperson of the Finance Committee is appointed by the president of the State Society, one (1) new member to be appointed annually by the President. In addition to the appointed executive committee member, the Treasurer shall chair the committee. The collection committee's functions are: The purpose of this committee is to assess the Wyoming State Historical Society investments and make recommendations to the executive council. The committee shall meet a minimum of two times annually, and more if desired or required. This committee shall present a report at the Annual meeting.
