2001 Wyoming Historical Calendar Published by the American Heritage Center, University of Wyoming, in cooperation with the Wyoming State Historical Society. Calendar edited by Rick Ewig, Associate Director, American Heritage Center. The 2001 calendar captures "the highlights in the life of the average Wyomingite before the days of television, instant communication, and rapid transport." The scenes "tell a great deal about the 'year in the life' of a Wyoming resident, not only in the past century, but even today." Entries, such as "Sale of Lusk town lots commenced (1886)" and "3 prohibition agents shot trying to enforce the law, Fossil (1922)" in the 2001 calendar, grace each day of the year.
